Dacha Cafe & Bar blends history and future through quality, hand-crafted food and drinks. Our diverse menu reflects local, Eastern European, and Californian influences.

We partner with Master Roaster Diego for a rich, creamy espresso and offer organic, ethical teas from SerendipiTea.

Our standout toasts use Acme bread and local, organic ingredients. Pastries are from The French Spot and desserts from Los Gatos Patisery Lele Cafe.

We are honored to partner with Trellis to bring a pioneering women-owned, queer-owned cafe + bar to life as part of the overall Trellis offering.

A commercial-sized urn of freshly brewed single-origin coffee, cream and oat milk, sweeteners, cups, stirrers. Each urn serves about 9 cups.

Tea $35 each

Who is DACHA?

DACHA Projects, a queer-owned and female-led initiative, aims for an inclusive experience for all guests. We value nourishment, inclusion, integrity, and respect.

Expect high-quality coffee, tasty snacks, and a curated selection from local vendors.

We recently launched DACHA Kitchen + Bar at 1085 Sutter St, blending Eastern European and California flavors.

Our mission is to diversify hospitality management in San Francisco, focusing on underrepresented groups like women, LGBTQ, and immigrants. 82% of our business is LGBTQ-owned, and 96% is female-led, giving overlooked industry talent an investment opportunity.

Despite high entry costs and male-dominated settings, we've seen early success. Our aim is to build a supported network of career-focused hospitality professionals and improve the industry from within.

Katya Skye

Katya Skye, Co-founder of DACHA Projects

Katya Skye has an educational background in economics and finance and 12 years of experience as a logistics account executive. She developed an obsession for bartending in 2015 when she moved to San Francisco. Over the last 9 years she has tended bar and obtained leadership roles as bar manager and consultant for bars and restaurants in New York and San Francisco. In 2019 Katya co-founded Manhattan Zodiac, providing top-quality bar catering, bar consulting, and mixology classes to professional bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts. Over the last year, Katya has begun collaborating with her wife @sukibrieskye and amazing team to create several new projects including DACHA Kitchen + Bar and DACHA Cafe + Bar, and more are sure to come!

Suki Skye

Suki Skye, Co-founder of DACHA Projects

Suki has a passion for connecting with people, and loves seeing the magic that happens when others meet and find that spark of creativity and collaboration. Suki has been involved in various parts of the service industry for most of her career, including events management, operations, marketing/communications, and as a life coach. She is truly excited to step into the next chapter of her life and help add to the revitalization of San Francisco. Mostly she’s thrilled to build something from the ground up in partnership with her co-founder and wife @ekatelar, and the amazing and passionate team of people they have gathered. Through DACHA Projects, Suki and the team hope to create a more supportive community for those in the service industry, and create opportunities for others to have careers in this field too.

Tatsiana (Tanya) Ivanovich

Tatsiana (Tanya) Ivanovich, Co-founder of DACHA Projects

Tanya was born in Saint Petersburg but grew up and lived most of her life in Belarus, that’s why her full name is a bit different. She has a degree in accounting and 10 years experience in that sphere. She always felt that she belonged in another country and knew that one day she would find herself in Australia, Canada, or the United States. She immigrated to the U.S. several years ago, and found her home. As easy as she changed her country, she also changed her occupation: from degree in accounting to cocktail wizard. Tanya is excited to now be a co-founder of DACHA Projects and continue her journey in this exciting and challenging field.

Leah Rubin

Leah Rubin, DACHA Cafe + Bar Manager

When I was 15 and living in the Napa Valley, I got my first summer job working as an assistant server at the 5 star Restaurante Travigne. From that job, my passion for the service industry was ignited. While in college at San Diego State, I worked my first job involving coffee and found my passion. With 10 years of experience working in specialty coffee and tea and certified in Human Resource Management, I am thrilled to move on to the next adventure in my career.  Partnering with DACHA Projects, the dream of ownership is within reach. The future has never looked better and I am humbled to be a part of an amazing team of women professionals.

DACHA Cafe + Bar offers premium coffee and snacks. Through Manhattan Zodiac, we provide upscale cocktail catering, bar consulting, and mixology classes.

Cocktail Catering:

Our 16 skilled bartenders elevate your event with top-tier service and custom menus. We also assist with furniture and craft beverage preparation.

Bar Consulting:

We help new and existing bars with concept, staffing, and operations. Our services range from basic drinks to custom low-ABV and non-alcoholic options.

Mixology Classes:

Perfect for events or skill-building, we offer in-person, virtual, or hybrid mixology classes for pros and enthusiasts alike.
