    Feeling overwhelmed by how much you have to do? You don't need to change clothes to change your stress level! Join yoga teacher Katharine Bierce each month for a 15 minute yoga-inspired stretch break. It will be beginner-friendly and includes simple stretches that can be done in jeans.

    Katharine is a RYT-200 certified yoga teacher who leads hatha, vinyasa, restorative, and prenatal yoga classes as well as Business Casual Yoga(TM) classes in the San Francisco Bay Area and online.
