Diversity
Studies show that, across all industries, more diversity in boards and executive teams correlates with greater social impact and more satisfied workforces. However, as of 2023, only 16% of executive team leaders belong to historically underrepresented ethnicities; In San Francisco's biggest industry, technology, only 17% of the industry belongs to underrepresented ethnicities, with Black and Hispanic people making up a mere 3%.
Giving those who belong to underrepresented ethnicities a space to properly network, be productive, and connect with like-minded individuals is a crucial first step to helping create future leaders.

Women Leadership
Statistics show that women-led companies as well as companies with gender diversity make for better business in every way. Even still, women still face gender informed barriers and obstacles in the workplace.

LGBTQ+ Pride
In any business or organization, it's important that leaders and workers feel a sense of inclusion and feel as if their perspective is heard and respected. Being around inclusive teammates and other queer teammates is crucial to forming an inclusive environment. The LGBTQ+ community is underrepresented in the workplace, even at entry level, and especially at more senior levels. The trans community faces some of the sharpest barriers in the workplace, especially with recent legislation put in place.
We are devoted to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for members of the LGBTQ+ community to belong to.
